Protecting Your Rights

While there are differences in the severity and punishments for criminal convictions, there are no minor charges.  If you are facing a misdemeanor charge, or even a felony charge, a conviction can significantly impact your reputation, future, and life.

Gary Siegel, Esq. is an experienced criminal defense attorney and will work with you every step of the way, advocating on your behalf.   We can help with any and all charges including:

  • Felonies
  • Misdemeanors
  • DUI
  • Traffic violations, like driving with a suspended license
  • Possession of narcotics
  • Theft
  • Battery and Assault
  • Domestic Violence
  • Probation Violations

Please Contact an Attorney

If you are ever in the unfortunate situation where you have been arrested, calmly assert your right to speak with an attorney before answering questions.  Do not agree to searches unless the police show you a warrant.

If you are charged with a “simple” misdemeanor, you should not plead guilty to “push it aside.”  Even if you are looking at jail time, your guilty plea might come with other repercussions, including expensive fines, probation, etc.  Also, a guilty plea would forever show up on background checks when you are applying for a new job, getting a new apartment, going to college, or any other place you complete an application.

Do Not Delay.  Call Gary Siegel, Esq. to Discuss your Case.

No matter what you are facing, if you have questions regarding your rights, contact Gary Siegel, Esq. to guide you through the process.  You can email us here or call our Sanford office at (407)878-7860.
